3.2. Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Seller is not responsible for any delays or issues once the Products have been shipped.
4. Returns and Refunds
4.1. Returns are accepted within 3 days of receipt, provided that the Product is unopened and in its original packaging.
4.2. To initiate a return, please contact info@ketoburnz.com to obtain a return authorization. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4.3. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, excluding shipping and handling charges.
